How long have you been in business?
Flyght started as a managed services IT company for small to medium sized businesses 10 years ago, we’ve been selling, servicing and supporting restaurant solutions exclusively for the past 7 years.

Is my business too small for Flyght’s services?
No! We work with businesses of all shapes and sizes, giving quality service to every client.

How much does Flyght’s Point of Sale System cost?
Because we work together with you to build a cohesive system that meets your specific needs, the price varies based on the size of the business, and what kinds of solutions the business is looking for. Give us a call for a custom quote.

What options do you have available for payment?
We have 3 options available to our clients – to purchase the system outright, lease to own and a monthly rental.

Can I integrate my current credit card processing into Flyght’s system?
Of course! However, we do encourage you to chat with us about our low processing rates.

You do credit card processing, too?
Yes! We’re secure, fair and honest and we meet or beat most competitor rates.

I’m looking to sell at off-site events. Can Flyght help me do that?
We sure can!

I have giftcards from my other system. Can I still use those?
Sure can!

How long does it take to install a new system?
Installation usually takes three weeks. If you’re in a pinch and need something faster, we’re usually able to accommodate tight schedules.

I want to change systems, but I already have a lot invested in my current system. What can I do?
We understand and we want to save you as much money as possible. Flyght will do our best to reuse any hardware that you may have from your previous system depending on it’s age and capabilities.

Does Flyght have mobile versions of POS available? 
Yes! We offer both 8″ and 10″ tablets.

Does that mean we can take payment at the table?
That’s EXACTLY what it means!

I’m not computer savvy…
That’s fine, we get geeky so you don’t have to! We offer personalized training to help get you and your staff up and running – also, we can plug in remotely to troubleshoot any issue you have. But most importantly, we want to assist you in all things techy, and we’re only a phone call away!

Can I get a reference from someone in my area?

What is Flyght’s service and support like?
Our service and support is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our computer technicians are highly trained and located in-house, giving each client the personal attention they deserve.
